2 Case studies interviews (in English – IH)

Analysis of resume:

  • Personal qualities (culture,openness)

Analysis of coverletter:

  • Quality of writing
  • Level of effort put in the letter

Presentation of Infomineo.

Discussion of candidate’s background and ambitions.

Questioning around:

  • Mastering of data research methodologies
  • Culture/ openness
  • Personality

Pre-readings:

  • Client request handling
  • Best practices on data research

Case study:

  • Approach to a client request
  • Execution of a sample research

Criteria analyzed:

  • Approach, methodology
  • Listening skills
  • Mastering of data research skills

Candidates that send “standard cover letters” will be turned down

Only bring up facts, be open – Avoid approximation

Structure and rigor are more important than being “bright”
